BAUPLAN Project Management is a team of young, motivated and proven professionals with experience in private and public projects in Germany and the United Kingdom. Our expertise encompasses construction project management, construction supervision, design and physical security consulting. Drawing on our many years of practice in Bulgaria and abroad, we provide precise project management ensuring profitability, quality, and timely execution.

The construction managers in our team have substantial background in managing public projects in Germany, ranging from multi-family residential buildings to ministries and consulates. They have experience in every phase of the investment process, from preliminary project research and consulting through construction supervision to commissioning.

Our architects are qualified and accredited in Germany and the United Kingdom, and have expertise in a wide range of projects in both countries. Their proficiency lies in the design of single-family homes and public buildings, as well as the renovation and modernisation of cultural heritage buildings.

At BAUPLAN Project Management, we have a team of physical security consultants. Their projects include the renovation and modernisation of a wide range of diplomatic premises, including embassies and consulates.

Our team is complemented by construction control experts who boast extensive experience in Bulgaria.

We provide comprehensive solutions and consulting services at every stage of the investment process – from the initial concept and project planning to the final stage of construction and commissioning.
